Shipping

Each piece is made to order. Once completed, it is carefully packed and prepared for delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 weeks of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your piece is on its way. Shipping costs are included in the final price.

We currently ship to all EU countries, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Available delivery options and shipping costs are shown at checkout. If your destination is not listed, please contact us before placing your order.

How to track your order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. With this code, you will be able to follow your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Cancellation & Returns

Before receiving your piece: Send an email to heloisa@aurelia.com within a maximum of 24 hours after placing your order requesting cancellation. After this period, the product will be put in production and cancellations are not allowed until you receive your piece.

After receiving: We hope you love your Aurelia piece. If for any reasons it does not feel right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact heloisa@aurelia.com with your order details.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, where we will cover these costs.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To proceed, we kindly ask that the item is returned to us so we can take care of it and arrange the appropriate solution.

Please note that each piece is handmade, and slight variations are part of its character and should not be considered defects.

Refunds

Once the piece is received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please allow up to 10 days from the receipt of the returned item for the refund to be processed.
